Football Family!

We are a huge football family both on the field and off. My boys all play for their school and my husband spends literally every Saturday and Sunday in the fall glued to the www.DIREC.tv satellite channels watching each and every obscure game. I love it, too, although there’s no way I can compare to how much they do. I’m planning on hosting a big kick off party for the neighborhood here this year for the first Falcons game, that is, if they actually end up having a pro season. I hate it when all this strike stuff happens and everyone gets so selfish – no one wins, especially the fans like us! Anyway, I’ve already got the menu planned and the invitations designed in my head and I’m sure we’ll have a great turn out like we did last year. Getting everyone together to watch the games is so much fun and there’s nothing I love more than cooking for a crowd. My family loves it, too, since they don’t have to do a thing!
