I told my boyfriend that we both need to get a personal trainer program. Like my boyfriend I am also juggling my schedule and we both have no time to go to the gym to stay fit and healthy. Staying physically fit becomes more of an effort to me because as soon as I get home all I want to do is rest and de-stressing to recover all my energy. The worse scenario is I am eating more junk food and eating too much unhealthy foods is really no good. However I am so happy that I lose 3 pounds over the past week doing hula-hoop and Zumba here in the house. It made me feel good seeing myself with wavy shape when I wore the two piece that I bought from VS. In, fact I got bunch of compliments:) But I don’t know for how long I can keep this shape I have right now, with too much partying I doubt if I can keep my beautiful shape right now!
